Career coaching and outplacement support
At the time of being made redundant an employee can be faced with many difficult decisions, both relating to their future career and to personal circumstances and well-being.
For each individual the conditions and opportunities may vary and are often impacted by external factors such as family circumstances; age; level of education; seniority in the role; economic climate and job market. Through the career transition program, the employee is provided support at this difficult time, both at the initial stages of change and also towards finding their next career opening.
Our approach is focused on the individual’s circumstances, offering support at the time of need.

The program support can be offered as an individual program or as a workshop plus individual meetings where this might be appropriate.
